Softball Recap: Terre Haute North Vigo Extends Home Winning Streak to 13

It's playoff time, and Terre Haute North Vigo had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Whiteland Warriors on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Patriots sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The team relied heavily on Kenzie Zigler, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one run.

Terre Haute North Vigo pushed their record up to 26-6 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games.
