Basketball Recap: Jurupa Hills' Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

Jurupa Hills won the last time they faced Redlands and things went their way on Friday too. The Jurupa Hills Spartans snuck past the Redlands Terriers with a 52-46 win.

Redlands' defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kallen Gragg, who went 7 of 11 on his way to 15 points and seven rebounds, and Sean Wimberly, who posted ten points and seven rebounds. Gragg continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Jurupa Hills' victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8. As for Redlands, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

Jurupa Hills will be taking part in a tournament against Mark Keppel at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Redlands, they will take on Kaiser in a tournament on Thursday.
