Basketball Recap: Arlington Takes a Loss

Arlington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the South Grand Prairie Warriors, falling 79-15. The matchup marked the Colts' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Arlington now has a losing record at 14-15. As for South Grand Prairie, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 24-6.

Arlington will host Sam Houston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Grand Prairie, they will head out on the road to challenge Lamar at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lamar is on a six-game streak of home wins, South Grand Prairie a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
