Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against Knoxville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Roughriders fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. The Roughriders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Knoxville, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Roosevelt will venture away from home to square off against Lincoln at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Roughriders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Knoxville, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Grand View Christian on the 6th.
