Jim Ned waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Grape Creek Eagles 14-0. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by six runs or more this season.
Gavin Brooks was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Canton Golson, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and two runs.
Brooks wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Jim Ned lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Grape Creek didn't launched any home runs.
Jim Ned's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Grape Creek, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-9.
