Volleyball Game Recap: Jefferson J-Hawks vs. Freeport Pretzels

Jefferson extended their losing streak to nine on Friday, dropping them down to 2-12. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Freeport Pretzels, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pretzels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on September 2nd.

As for Freeport, their win bumped their record up to 7-11. The game was the first time they have beaten Jefferson on their court since August 23, 2022.

Grace Muench was the offensive standout of the match as she had 17 digs and two assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last eight matchups.
