Soccer Game Preview: Liberty vs. St. Cloud

Liberty is 0-10 against St. Cloud since November of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Liberty Chargers are taking a road trip to take on the St. Cloud Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Liberty is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 11th straight game on Monday. They came up short against Mulberry, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, St. Cloud's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Harmony by a score of 5-4. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for St. Cloud, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8-1.

Liberty might still be hurting after the 6-0 defeat they got from St. Cloud in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Liberty avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
