Zion Phillips, Valley Stream Central's leading hitter, solidified his role on Monday. Phillips was unstoppable, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 4-for-4. Phillips is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Coming up, Phillips and Valley Stream Central will head out to face off against West Hempstead at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles are a perfect 4-0 against the Rams going back to March of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
