Soccer Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

Seneca managed to keep up with Wren until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bobcats lost 6-2 to the Hurricanes. While losing is never fun, Seneca can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 101st, while Wren are ranked 28th).

Seneca has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10-1 record this season. As for Wren, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4-1.

As of now, neither Seneca nor the Hurricanes have any future games scheduled.
