Football Recap: Wardlaw Academy Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Laurens Academy, Wardlaw Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 22-12 win over Newberry Academy. The Patriots haven't had any issues with Newberry Academy recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Wardlaw Academy's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Newberry Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
