Baseball Recap: Springdale Comes Up Short

Springdale lost to Brentwood back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Dynamos came up short against the Spartans, falling 11-1. The Dynamos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Springdale saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Bramson, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run.

Springdale's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Brentwood, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Springdale will take on Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brentwood, they will square off against Sewickley Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games Sewickley Academy has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
