Volleyball Recap: Paxton-Buckley-Loda Comes Up Short

Paxton-Buckley-Loda was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grant Park Dragons. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dragons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Paxton-Buckley-Loda's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Grant Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season.

Paxton-Buckley-Loda has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Milford on the 27th. As for Grant Park, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Peotone on the 27th.
