Softball Recap: East Robertson Wins Going Away Against Tennessee Heat

East Robertson got themselves on the board against Tennessee Heat on Saturday, but Tennessee Heat never followed suit. They blew past Tennessee Heat 8-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-5 back in March.

The team relied heavily on Maddie Thomerson, who scored a run while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Anna Highsmith, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3.

The win got East Robertson back to even at 6-6. As for Tennessee Heat, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
