Volleyball Recap: Wando Takes a Loss

Wando saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodmont Wildcats. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lauren Smith was nothing short of spectacular for Woodmont: she had 18 digs.

Wando now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Woodmont, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Wando and Woodmont will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Warriors see the court they'll take on Summerville at 6:30 p.m. on September 4. As for Woodmont, their break will end when they face Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th.
