Basketball Recap: Hancock Takes a Loss

Hancock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Houghton Gremlins, falling 77-19. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 75-37 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hancock's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Houghton, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

While Hancock had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
