Baseball Game Preview: Beekman Charter Tigers vs. Quitman Wolverines

The Beekman Charter Tigers will head out to take on the Quitman Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Beekman Charter is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Beekman Charter and Vidalia have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Tigers fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 5-4.

Keylan Sandidge was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Meanwhile, Quitman lost 13-4 to Parkway on Tuesday.

Beekman Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Quitman, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Beekman Charter couldn't quite finish off Quitman in their previous matchup back in March of 2017 and fell 5-3. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
