Basketball Recap: Standing Bear Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Standing Bear Grizzlies lost to the Lincoln Christian Crusaders at home by a 64-49 margin. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Standing Bear's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lincoln Christian, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Standing Bear will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Wahoo at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln Christian will take on Grand Island Central Catholic in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
