Baseball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

Kennedy fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Poolesville on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 4-3. The Cavaliers have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7-1. As for Poolesville, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8.

Coming up, Kennedy will challenge Churchill on Saturday. As for Poolesville, they will take on Quince Orchard on Thursday.
