Morgan's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Maysville Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won seven in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Morgan was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-8, 25-12.

Allia Rush paced Morgan's offense, picking up 14 kills. Rush got some help from Kaidence Searl and her 21 assists. Myka Augenstein controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The victory got Morgan back to even at 5-5. As for Maysville, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.

Morgan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Waterford on the 15th. As for Maysville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Philo on the 16th.
