             The Midwest City Bombers will venture away from home to  face off against the Duncan Demons  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Midwest City will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  points each  contest than the last.
 Midwest City is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have all season. They never let Classen SAS onto the board and left with  a   66-0  win  two weeks ago. The result was nothing new for the Bombers, who have now won three matches by 34  points or more  so far this season.
 Midwest City can attribute much of their success to  Roman Manella, who rushed for eight yards and two touchdowns.
 Midwest City was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 224  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 224  rushing yards in three consecutive  games.
 Midwest City didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Devin Walker,  Justice Grant,  and  Brandon Dixon picked up one apiece.
 Meanwhile, Duncan posted their biggest  victory since August 30th on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Classen SAS 50-7. Given the Demons' advantage  in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings  (they are ranked 116th, while the Comets are ranked 239th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Midwest City's win  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 4-5. As for Duncan, their victory  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 4-5.
 Everything came up roses for Midwest City against Duncan in their previous meeting  back in September of 2023, as the  team secured  a  48-16 win. Does  Midwest City have another victory up their sleeve, or will Duncan turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
