Lauren Vitarisi was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Adriana Hills, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Christina Aneiro also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
