Averill Park came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Niskayuna Silver Warriors. The Warriors not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4th (when they won 12-0).

Averill Park pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Niskayuna, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Averill Park will face off against Colonie Central at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolfpack will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Niskayuna, they will challenge Albany at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
