Softball Recap: Indiana Little Indians vs. McKeesport Tigers        
        
		
            
 After losing to McKeesport the last time they met, Indiana decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Indiana Little Indians walked away with  a   6-3  win over the McKeesport Tigers  on Wednesday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Indiana.
  Olivia Zimmerman made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out 11 batters over  seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   six  hits. Zimmerman has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts every time she's  pitched this season. Zimmerman was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Ella Myers, who  went 1-for-2 with a  triple, a  stolen base,  and a  run. Another player making a difference was  Maggie Cunningham, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Indiana now  has a winning record of 4-3. As for McKeesport, they now  have a losing record at 1-2.
 Indiana will head out on the road to  square off against  Highlands at 4:15  p.m.  on Friday. As for McKeesport, they will be playing at home against West Mifflin at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. West Mifflin's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1  runs per game  this season, so McKeesport's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
