North Monterey County dropped their record down to 15-11 on Wednesday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Pacific Grove Breakers, falling 10-3. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Condors, who until this matchup were averaging 3.73 runs allowed.

North Monterey County got a good showing from Huck Blanton, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

On the hitting side, North Monterey County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Leo Cruz, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

As for Pacific Grove, their record now sits at 9-15. They not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4th (when they won 11-4).

On Pacific Grove's side, they got a massive performance out of Ben Garry, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base. That's the most runs Garry has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Jimmy Lippert, who went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI.

As of now, neither North Monterey County nor Pacific Grove have any future games scheduled.
