Carroll had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.9 goals) and they went ahead and made it eight on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Long Rebels. Carroll might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Long from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Kairos Moreno led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Carroll pushed their record up to 16-2-2 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 53 goals over those eight matches. As for Long, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9-4.

Coming up, Carroll will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against New Brockton at 11:30 a.m. Carroll's defense better be ready for this one: New Brockton have averaged an impressive 4.5 goals per game this season.
