Basketball Recap: Medicine Lodge Takes a Loss

Medicine Lodge lost against Garden Plain back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Medicine Lodge Indians fell just short of the Garden Plain Owls by a score of 45-43.

Medicine Lodge's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Garden Plain, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Medicine Lodge won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Trinity Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Garden Plain, they and Independent will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
