Basketball Recap: St. Georges Tech Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

St. Georges Tech extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Joshua Obiora. The St. Georges Tech Hawks took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 67-35 win over the Christiana Vikings thanks in part to Obiora, who went 9 for 16 en route to 18 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points.

Harold Best was another key player, putting up seven points. He also posted a block, marking his first of the season.

St. Georges Tech's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Christiana, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
