Baseball Recap: Boling Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Boling and Onalaska squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Boling had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 8-5 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in March of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Boling now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Onalaska, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Onalaska beat Boling by a score of 11-3 on Saturday.
