Columbus Academy waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Northmor Golden Knights. The Vikings were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Golden Knights, so the Vikings were just returning the favor.

While Columbus Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-13.

Columbus Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Northmor, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, Columbus Academy will welcome Worthington Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northmor, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Liberty Union on the 23rd.
