For the second straight game, Marion County will face off against Sequatchie County. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Indians at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Marion County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

Marion County was handed a ten-run defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over Sequatchie County.

Eli Yell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and five unearned) runs on six hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Grayson Holback was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Another player making a difference was Caden McCrary, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Marion County's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-9. As for Sequatchie County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.
