Volleyball Recap: West Liberty-Salem Extends Winning Streak to Three

West Liberty-Salem entered their tilt with West Jefferson on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Roughriders with a sharp 3-0 win. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Roughriders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Naomi Cole paced West Liberty-Salem's offense, picking up 15 kills. Cole got some help from Lyndee Harrison and her 18 assists. Lilliann Heminger controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

West Liberty-Salem's record is now 4-2. As for West Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

West Liberty-Salem has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Catholic Central on the 4th. As for West Jefferson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Madison Plains on the 4th.
