Baseball Recap: Richwood Comes Up Short

Richwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 22-0 to the North Webster Knights.

Richwood's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for North Webster, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Richwood will face off against rival Bastrop at 5:00 p.m. on the 31st. Meanwhile, North Webster is set to take on their familiar foe Sterlington at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
