Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cox Mill walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Southwest Guilford Cowboys on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Chargers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Jordyn Gray paced Cox Mill's offense, picking up 15 kills. Gray got some help from Alaina Walker and her 15 assists.

Cox Mill's victory bumped their record up to 26-1. As for Southwest Guilford, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-12.

Cox Mill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Mooresville on the 25th. Southwest Guilford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
