Soccer Game Preview: Bellefonte vs. Williamsport

The Bellefonte Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the Williamsport Millionaires at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Williamsport took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Bellefonte, who comes in off a win.

Bellefonte had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the six-goal drubbing they dealt Bishop Guilfoyle on Wednesday. The Raiders blew past the Marauders 7-1. The result was nothing new for Bellefonte, who have now won nine contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Williamsport was not quite Selinsgrove's equal in the second half last Wednesday. They fell 2-0 to the Seals. Williamsport have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Williamsport's loss dropped their record down to 5-9-1. As for Bellefonte, their win bumped their record up to 15-2.
