Yucca Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Clyde King led the charge by rushing for 156 yards and a pair of TDs on only 13 carries, while also picking up 37 receiving yards. Yucca Valley's record is now 7-4. As for Costa Mesa, they moved to 9-2 with that defeat, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.
