Recap: Logan Chieftains vs. Warren Warriors
The Logan Chieftains lost against the Warren Warriors back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Logan's rough 62-38 defeat to Warren might stick with them for a while. Logan has not had much luck with Warren recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Despite the loss, Logan still got an impressive performance from Makenzie Daubenmire, who scored 13 points along with 5 blocks. Daubenmire scored a full 34.2% of Logan's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Josie Sigler was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Logan now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Warren, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Logan will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Pickerington North at 7:30 p.m. As for Warren, they will square off against Bloom-Carroll at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bloom-Carroll will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
