Basketball Game Preview: Twinfield Trojans vs. Northfield Marauders

The Twinfield Trojans will challenge the Northfield Marauders at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Twinfield's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Northfield has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Twinfield will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Blue Mountain, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Twinfield enjoyed a cozy 53-38 win over Blue Mountain on Friday.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 71-37, which was the final score in Northfield's tilt against Winooski on Friday.

Twinfield has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. As for Northfield, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.
