It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Oak Creek had no problem doing just that  on Saturday. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Greendale Panthers. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive  win against them.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10,  25-15.
 Isa Ruether paced Oak Creek's offense, picking up 16 kills. Ruether got some help from  Julia Schneider and her 25 assists.  Samantha Stikel controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
 Despite the  loss, Greendale saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Claire Endter  had six  digs and two  aces. Endter is  on a roll when it comes to  aces, as she's  now  served two or more in each of the last three games she's  played.
Oak Creek's victory bumped their record up to 29-16. As for Greendale, their defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 7-31.
 Coming up, Oak Creek will square off against Union Grove on Thursday. Greendale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
