Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Isabella Cunningham and Zamora Council Lead Rome Free Academy to Victory

Rome Free Academy's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 48-41 victory over the Oneida Express. This was payback for the Black Knights, who suffered a 50-45 loss the last time these two teams met.

Rome Free Academy was led to victory by Zamora Council and Isabella Cunningham. Council went 5 of 10 on her way to 16 points along with five boards and five steals, while Cunningham dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds. Kathryn Passalacqua also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
