Volleyball Recap: Brandon Academy Takes a Loss

Brandon Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Foundation Christian Academy Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Thursday.

Brandon Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-10, 25-13.

Brandon Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Foundation Christian Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brandon Academy will welcome Cristo Rey Tampa at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they will take on Florida College Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
