Baseball Recap: Gladbrook-Reinbeck Takes a Loss

The Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels came up short against the Wapsie Valley Warriors on Friday and fell 10-6. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gladbrook-Reinbeck's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Wapsie Valley, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will welcome Jesup at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wapsie Valley, they will square off against Sumner-Fredericksburg at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Warriors 3.1, the Cougars 3.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
