Softball Recap: Chattanooga Central Takes a Loss

Chattanooga Central fell victim to Marion County and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 9-0 to the Warriors. The Pounders have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Chattanooga Central's loss dropped their record down to 17-8-1. As for Marion County, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-15.

Looking ahead, Chattanooga Central will be playing at home against Red Bank at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Marion County, they have already played their next game, a 4-3 victory against Bledsoe County on the 1st.
