Basketball Recap: Fleming County Takes a Loss

Fleming County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Rowan County Vikings 84-54. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 152nd, while the Vikings are ranked 41st).

Fleming County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Rowan County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Fleming County has already played their next game, a 68-65 loss against Menifee County on the 7th. As for Rowan County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 76-46 victory against Bath County on the 7th.
