Sandia Prep is a perfect 10-0 against East Mountain since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Sundevils will venture away from home to face off against the Timberwolves at 6:00 p.m. Sandia Prep will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Sandia Prep barely beat Robertson the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Sundevils blew past the Cardinals 3-0 on Saturday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, 25-19.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between East Mountain and Estancia, and East Mountain kept the tradition alive. The Timberwolves walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bears on Thursday.

East Mountain walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-15, 25-21, 23-25, 25-17.

Sandia Prep better focus on containing Henley Hatley and Cassidy Burke as the pair were huge in East Mountain's win. Hatley had 35 digs and two aces, while Burke had seven digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave Hatley a new career-high in assists (seven).

East Mountain was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Sandia Prep's record now sits at 10-3. As for East Mountain, their record is now 7-8.

Sandia Prep took their victory against East Mountain in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Sundevils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Timberwolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
