Rivercrest is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They lost 43-18 to Linden-Kildare.

Meanwhile, Atlanta unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They were outmatched by Hooks and fell 69-22. The game marked the Rabbits' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Atlanta's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 10-7. As for Rivercrest, their loss dropped their record down to 4-16.
