Basketball Recap: Middleton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Middleton was the 48-46 winner over Boise when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brave on Tuesday.

When it comes to explaining why Middleton lost, don't look at Tye Cornwall. Despite the final result, he shot 53% from the field en route to 21 points in addition to six boards and three steals. David Salisbury was another key player, putting up nine points and seven rebounds.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Boise to victory, but perhaps none more so than Harrison Bell, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Soltau, who posted ten points.

Middleton's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Boise, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Middleton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 41-34 win against Madison on the 11th. As for Boise, they have also already played their next game, a 63-45 victory against Century on the 11th.
