Volleyball Recap: Elkhart Takes a Loss

Elkhart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southwestern Heights Mustangs.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11.

Elkhart's loss dropped their record down to 5-26. As for Southwestern Heights, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-13.

Elkhart has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Stanton County on the 11th. As for Southwestern Heights, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 0-0 tie against Lakin on the 11th.
