Football Recap: Mary G. Montgomery Skates Past Foley with Ease + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mary G. Montgomery). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Foley Lions 50-7. With the Vikings ahead 21-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Mary G. Montgomery's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kamron Smith led the charge by rushing for 146 yards and one TD while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Smith is now averaging an impressive 108.4 rushing yards per game. Thomas White was in the mix too, providing Mary G. Montgomery with two scores.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mary G. Montgomery was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 285 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 166 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
