Football Recap: Cambridge's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

If Cambridge was riding high fresh off their 36-0 takedown of Waterloo last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bluejays fell 21-14 to the Marshall Cardinals on Friday. The matchup marked the Bluejays' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cambridge fell to 5-1. As for Marshall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Cambridge will head out to challenge Pardeeville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bluejays are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Marshall, they will venture away from home to take on Fall River/Rio at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
