Softball Recap: Capital Cougars vs. Riverside Warriors
Capital had lost eight straight on the road, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 3-14 to make it nine. They came up short against the Riverside Warriors, falling 13-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-2 on April 5th.
Capital saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kathryn Crowder, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.
